Job Details
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to work shift hours in the Front Office:

Working Hours
Shift Working Hours
A 0700 to 1600
B 1345 to 2245
C 2230 to 0730

Job Responsibilities
• Handle basic duties like welcoming guests, addressing guests' enquiries, providing information and arranging taxi etc.
• Ensure efficiency in guest check-in/out.
• Handle international guests' requests.
• Follow through related pre and post processing works of all check-in/out which include reservations, preparing key cards, breakfast arrangements and billings etc.
• Assist in other duties e.g. inventory of souvenir, update database etc.

Job Requirements
•         ITE/NITEC/G.C.E 'O'/'A'/Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experiences.
•         Basic knowledge of IT
•         Detailed focus and accuracy in figures
•         Able to multi-task
•         Customer service orientated
•         Results orientated
•         Able to work independently and as a team player
•         5 day work week including weekends, permanent night shift
