Job Details

To provide administrative support for the smooth running of operations and business development of AISG Limited and the IP Commons.


 
Operations and governance

  • Support directors to coordinate and provide logistical support of meetings with IHL, RI, companies and stakeholders of AISG Limited ('CLG').

  • Set up and maintain contents of CLG's progress report to board of directors and management.
Business development

  • Provide secretariat support to the programme committees that will be set by CLG periodically - including coordination of meeting, material preparation and minutes-taking.

  • Support planning and execution of events and workshops by CLG and its partners - including venue sourcing, attendees' registration, and onsite logistics.
Finance and other Admin duties

  • Assist responsible person of AI Singapore or other agencies on funding paperwork and process between CLG and funding agency.

  • Assist/help manage/support the activities of an outsourced accounting firm.

  • Any other duties as assigned by directors of CLG and to cover certain duties of supervisor.
 

 
 
  • Demonstrated ability in organization, planning and proven project management skills; prior experiences in multi-stakeholders, multi-disciplinary programmes will be advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal, written communications and advanced presentation skills is a must.

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience; prior experiences with university or government-funded programme offices will be advantageous.

  • Degree from recognised institution, non-degree holder with relevant experience may apply.
